Okay so tell me this , the rule says we can't legion with an unit that's already in legion (SSSD) and we can't legion when we have only a mate in the VG but not the G3 (BlackBoy Skill) , or is there anything else too ?

Well you can still just ride a new Sing Savor on ride phase and legion that way if you really need to.

Ok while I do agree that it did not directly state it was only for japan. They only linked to the Japan website where the ruling is posted and never said if it would be added for english as well.

Well, when Bushi applies a certain rulling in Japan, they usually apply it when a certain set/eb or anyhting related is released. The same rulling is viable for English when that exact set comes in place but since English is catching fast with Japan, well, the same will apply again.

Why on earth wouldn't they add it to the English rulings? They're doing this to stop Thing-Abyss from rampaging in the English meta.
