Keep in mind even with Resist Milos is still lockable by Blaster Joker (Resist is only effective on single target lock, while Star-Vader Blaster Joker targets the whole opponent's field).

Other cards like Tempest Bolt & Nouvelle Vague are effective against Milos as well.

Tempest Bolt and Nouvelle aren't really much tbh as they were used to. This card craps over link joker in general

Yeah, we actually have to worry about what targets and what doesn't in Vanguard now. It's a suitable evolution.

Link Joker in general is dead in the Stride format in favor of Gear Chronicle, The X, and renewed Seekers. Blaster Joker, however, is still a major problem for Aqua Force seeing as it still stomps all over these two. The only thing they do to bite back is staying in Legion.

Tempest and Nouvelle can sack it too, but both are so irrelevant, no one really worries. The real problems would be Route Flare and Chronos Command.

Hooooly crap, Resist is really cool-
We now have a tidal assault that can't be autoretired and a mate that Blaster Joker can't kill. This is pretty cool~

Though I have to say, the Legion, while cool, kind of disappoints me for not being able to give power to swapped rears. Then again, fifth BOOSTED attack makes Michael really good back up for Zaharias. This is really nice, I'm liking the new set already~.

EDIT: Also Milos is adorable as all heck and I want 30 of him.

I thought G-BT02 won't get a legion unit <,< but that hope is broken................... more and more strong units is coming everyone will use it......... what will happen to old cards <,< they will be sad!!!!!!

The X legioning with The End is pretty much a sign old cards aren't dying out. Vermillion's revival is coming up too.

This is a Blue Storm unit, which gives Aqua Force's sole archetype an enormous boost from what it is already. They have the ability to play 3 Tidal Assaults (Tidal himself, Milos, and Spyros) and have an additional Legion choice. G-BT01 already boosted an older archetype for every clan in it, so I'm betting G-BT02 is going to aim for the same.

Wouldn't kill them to better support old Limit Breaks though.

Honestly there's no point in playing OG tidal anymore. Not if you're playing two legion in the deck. Now you can just go Milos, Ianis, Spyros or Milos, Starres, Spyros, depending on what your main Legion unit will be.
I'm going to wait and see if any more new Blue Storm Support comes from this pack before I create a new deck build, but the chances of an insane new Blue Storm Aqua Build are rising fast. All they really need is one more good Grade 1 unit and maybe another critical trigger.
Also, I can't wait to see what Generation break gives us, maybe we'll get a GB1 Spyros that doesn't need blue storms. Or maybe the GB1, CB1 when boosted by aquas will be the same as the nova grappler one, standing a rg and giving it 5k power. It'll be interesting.

i will miss the "This ability cannot be used for the rest of that turn." oh well maybe we will see skills that can be used twice per turn soon too.
