New Characters - New Sprites

You are just giving me a new reason to hate Buddyfight with that response. C'mon guys, there HAS to be some plans in the works or at least on the table about increasing/improving the characters in the game now? It's been WAAAAY too long, hell there was nothing done about them even 'before' that buddyfight client.

Wasn't there once a thread about community created sprites that could be added in to the game?
If there was never one, then I suggest the creation of one. That way, those who desire new sprites will create or find ways to obtain sprites for the game on their own time without having to take much time away from the coder's time(s). Then, based on popularity vote or based on the owner's personal reactions to the sprites, certain community created sprites would be added to the game.

so basically, all you guys need is animated sprite right ? so if any of us were to made a relevant animated sprite, would it be accepted ?

Would the new sprites have to be in the same style as the current ones? Or if someone opted to make new ones, they could use any style they want?

Here we go.
As you can see on screenshot, current sprite's animation consists of 30+ different images, which forms the "Run" animation.
Width should not be bigger then 25 px, height is ~40 px, I guess.
I will transfer your works to Nyash so he'll try to add them. If adding wont be successfull, I'll let you know. So if you wanna give it a try go ahead ^^
