Help needed with download

I downloaded the game but cant seem to use the package I downloaded to access the game. Was there something I had to do after downloading the game?

1.) Make sure you have a folder made for the game.
2.) Download the game from the Cardfight Area download site http://cardfight.ru/cf-area
3.) Make sure you save the game in folder or extract in folder.
4.) Click the folder.
5.) Left Click the Vanguard shortcut, the right click send to desktop. You do not have to send to desktop to play
6.)  If you don't do 5th step, rigt click or double click and it should open the game.

What do you mean by a folder?

Create a new folder to save the game in. Right click your computer home screen and Hover your mouse over New and click folder.

Okay, so I apparently turned the package I downloaded into a compressed folder after I downloaded it. Then when I tried extracting the file it just turned into the original package inside the folder I had created. Is there something I am supposed to be opening the game with?

Not that I know of.  If you click inside the folder their should be a shortcut name vanguard to play the game.

If you don't have cfa at all click 1.68 full version

If u have cfa and not the updated version (1.68) click Cardfight Vanguard Area 1.68 Update

Its fine, Im still trying to work this out though. After I have downloaded the full version all I have is a single package that whenever I try to open it it asks me to select a program to open it with. What do I use to open it?

Ok, so mine is a rar file. Which of the two options for 7-Zip do I download? (the 32 bit x 86, or the 64 bit x 64)
