not when you have something like sin saver dragon which can stand twice in the same turn lol even thrice if u know how to do it xDD that's the kind of power DI needs to be on par of the mainstream clans

The cost should be CB3 IMO, especially since its not LB. But even if its CB3 it'll still make Vermilion bad, so maybe you should make it LB.

The cost is too cheap. Vowing Saber is a LB with the same CB and a lock cost. Sure, he doesn't get +10k like Saber does, but the second skill more than makes up for it.

Well, I dont know what to say, it seems like you just take all the good skills out there, power them up, and slap them together. I would like to scream OP but that would make me sound like a noob. I can give some suggestions though:

A. Make the first skill LB and remove the second skill (not recommended),
B. Remove the third skill and make the second skill power up front row only,
C. Remove the first skill and make the third skill something like "Your opponent chooses 2 of his rearguards, and retire them".

And sorry for my bad english (quoted from Rem, too lazy to do it properly).

EDIT: Ignore the suggestions, I just realized the second skill would still be too strong, so I made some new suggestions:
1.  Make the first skill LB and either remove the critical or make it CB3,
2. Change the second skill to something like "[AUTO](VC)[LB4] When your opponents rearguard is sent to the drop zone, this card gets "[CONT](VC) During your turn, all of your unit gets power +3000" until the end of your turn. This skill cannot be used for the rest of the turn"
3. Make the third skill LB and change it into something like "Your opponent chooses 2 of his rearguards, and retire them".

After that, choose either the first or third skill and remove them.
