Must post your skype name on this form or if you see an EX member on area you can ask to join and one of the leaders can/will test you/add you. Most of the time the team itself will decided weather or not to test you.
Must be an exceed that hasn't been taken (See leaders/members section to see what has been taken
Must be a fan of Fairy Tail or know at least some of it. (the leaders will test you before you can join)
Skype is a must.
You are not requred to change your main vanguard name. we just ask you to make a new account on area with your exceed name.
