I cant use the update, Only can download full version

When i extract the update , it copy the entire file so there are 2 vanguard .exe. when i open and log in to the game, it tell me to download the new version . the another vanguard exe , when i log in, it error,please help me cause it took me some time to download the new one

The answer is in your title, if you can't download the update. Then download the full version. If it takes time, you may download IDM to download it faster.
