By himself it kinda sucks, but i think the power up is meant to be used stacking with the other guys like berck. The GB3 is legit stupid, but depending on the situation this might be an useful card.

If you do, search your deck for up to one grade 1 or less card with "Jewel Knight" in its card name, call it to (RC), and shuffle your deck.
