"Just look around you should start to see flyers up for it very soon." Sky said with a wink then walked off to buy his mattress

He was just letting her down easy. Basically rejection.
Isabella sighed. "Well..." Crossing her arms she thought about how ridiculous it was. "I thought I was stronger than this..." What was a desire just grew intro frustrstion. Everytime that she almost reaches the final piece of what she needs, things turn over their head and it drifts away. Everytime she tries to act mature and get treated like a grown up, shes reverted back to a kid again. Is it her own fault, probably, but also her dumb luck. Things also get taken away to such extremes.
That flick to the head pissed her off even more."So I'm a kid again?"
"Why did you have to that then! At least if you do something, don't stop halfway. Why did you have to answer my feelings and lead me to a point where I can't do anything, but keep going just for you to reject them now. Is it because Yukino is back now...? I'll never be as good as her, even now.... I'm just- Then you're tryingI'veact all cool-- after treating me like I've grown then just throwing that out the window.." she shakes her head.
"Isabella! Isabella!" Reit called out.
She was just silent.

He lowered his hand.
The feelings he had tried to convey were rejected as a result of the way he responded. The night was quickly approaching. Haruka went silent for a moment, staring at Hana. She was more than serious, she was venomous. This was no longer a matter of stepping on mines but of walking through consciously. He was going to kneel down to her eye-level, but felt it would be offensive for once...
Instead, he straightened up and looked her in the eyes. Haruka's face never really got serious, he looked too child-like and was often referred to as one, due to his often immature nature or responses to things. But he wasn't about to take what Hana was throwing at him. He didn't want to fight with her, because she is still the only one on his side.
She was, anyways.
"If you don't want me to treat you like one, stop acting like one. If you think abandoning somebody you love because they can barely move, because they're sick, because you can't take pride in their inabilities, I don't see an adult in you. I'm no better than you, and I know that. I don't expect to be forgiven, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if I was condemned by everybody I knew for what I did."
Haruka pointed to himself, unnerved. This might be his last few words to Hana. Time to make what he has left count.
"I answered your feelings because I felt it was right... But I didn't think of the consequences."
Haruka was finally going to admit to his wrongdoings. He knew that everything up to this point was plain and simple not right, but he could never bring himself to admit it. He never wanted to think he was in the wrong, but he was ready to lay it all out.
"I spent my time with you because I was alone and you were the only one left to hold on too. When everyone turned their back on me, you stayed there to help me. It took a year... But at least you showed back up. Hana, I want to offer the same thing to you. Something, someone to hold on to."
His face softened, eyes returning to a dreary state. He couldn't do anymore than this for her. Not tonight. Not ever. Haruka had reserved all of his feelings for so long, gave them to Hana... When he should have just stored them away for the rainy day when he needed them. When the one he loved promised to return. He was in the wrong.
He was wrong. He is wrong. Everything about his being is wrong and all he can do is except his mistakes and move past them, otherwise what kind of a man would he be?

Well, it turned out that going to Shop Handsome overall wasn't the best idea when no one showed up. It was strange. The shops seemed much more empty with summer vacation no longer relevant for students. They had all gotten so busy...but was class really that intense? He shook his head as he walked.
Seifer had rejected his offer to fight him and Rosalia to practice. In a way, it probably didn't help that he didn't say more to Seifer, to explain why he wanted to fight in particular instead of just straight up asking. The two hardly knew each other, but it wasn't going to get any better if they didn't hang out just a tad. He was interested in more than just the fact that they shared a mutual interest a year ago. Failing to make that clear was bound to get rejected.
Something about it sat uneasy with him, though. Was Seifer...deliberately avoiding him? Did he do something wrong? This sort of thing happened with Yukino and Haruka as well, and the two of them tended to mean well but not express themselves well to him to make sure he understood. This lead to him making some pretty bold assumptions before that just didn't go well. It was this sort of thing he wanted to avoid, that he didn't want to happen again...
Mostly because thinking about the Triad lately gave him a huge pain in his heart. Things weren't the same as a year ago. The texts from Yukino, though he hadn't interacted with her directly, sounded much more formal and devoid of emotion...no, not just emotion, but humanity, than before. And Haruka...well, every time Satoshi had seen him recently, he was with a new group of friends, enjoying himself. Admittedly trying to get his comrade involved with him, but it wasn't like before when it was just the three of them. Well, the four of them, including Hana.
Speaking of the two of them, he noticed them rather close to each other not too far away. He couldn't exactly tell what was going on, but Hana seemed rather frustrated. He debated approaching them, but he also guessed that as long as they didn't notice, it wasn't his business.
He shook his head again. <I guess I don't have much of a choice otherwise, do I?> he thought as he pulled out his phone. He sent a quick text to Yukino.
I'm going to the restaurant in the forest tonight. Do you maybe want to meet up and chat a bit? It's been a year.
After doing so, Satoshi immediately pocketed his phone and kept walking. That text wasn't a lie; he was eating at a nice place once a week because he could, and the restaurant in the forest served a pretty high-quality meal. Even with his recent diet, the farmboy felt the need to at least indulge himself a little. After all, he grew up with their chef's supplier and worked on his farm up until recently. He gave a little smirk to himself, thinking of that. Even if he hadn't made it big in American advertising, he would've had some claim to fame here at home.

She figured that he would say all that, that was what her silence was for.
There was no point in trying, its time to just stop. Mi-hime and Yukino may as well just hate her now. What about everythig else? What did these cards even represent. Black or White? Haruka was trying to get to her by using Miyuki's situation, but she was the one that had to deal with it, not him, how could he possibly understand?
"Don't talk about Mi-hime like you understand. You're a mess over Yukino leaving, but understand that I lost BOTH my sister and the one whom I should love... not only that... Miyuki was there, but she wasn't. My heart has sunk as many times as there are days in a year... I can't do anything." Now ... Now ...
"Now you have Yukino back amd I'm still stuck with this pain! Seeing Miyuki-"
"Hana.." Reit whispered. She just felt the unit watching over her.
"I want to just run away... what the hell is this? Why are my Pr<3ism gone? Is this some dumb punishment.. I guess deserve it.."
"Hana.." Reit tried to comfort her, but the stare from the eyes were almost piercing.
The persona from the back of her mind emerged again and the memories of Miyuki flowed back to her again. She didn't forget their promise. She became silent once again.

She wasn't wrong. Haruka didn't know, not even in the slightest what it felt like to have a burden such as that. Haruka didn't know much of anything when it came to Hana's life. At this point, the only thing these two managed to solve was the fact that neither of them know a single real thing about each other. Nothing worthy of being real over. They simply became attached out of the necessity to be cared for when they weren't before.
Haruka felt as though he was betraying somebody else, as if he was turning his back now on somebody. She had nobody left to turn to, and even when Haruka admittedly would help her, she still keeps turning him away. She won't accept his help because his help doesn't come with an embrace or a kiss.
He stands there, wind beginning to blow lightly around. The streetlights are finally shooting on. The light illuminated the two silhouettes, creating something of a fragmented shimmer on the pavement. Everything he had said tonight was unfair. He didn't deserve a free pass out of this one. He knelt down once more for her, looking up. The stars behind her was glowing almost brilliantly. He wasn't going to turn his back on her because he knew how it felt to be let down. He even admitted she was what he was holding on to this past while. He could easily leave. He could walk away and never speak to her again if he didn't want to. It was that easy.
And yet he knelt there, in front of the woman he had promised his feelings to for several days now. Yukino was home, and he was aware of that, but he had someone else to protect now. Someone to care for.
"You're right Hana. You've been right all night." Haruka almost wanted to grit his teeth. She had only been trying to explain the obvious to him all afternoon and evening, but as silence continued to fill the air, even Overlord knew what he had to do. What Haruka wanted was just as what Hana wanted. Solace. Comfort. Care.
"I-I was selfish.. I was scared that now that Yukino was home- I was afraid... Afraid she wouldn't love me anymore, after so long." He looked up to her, taking one of her hands in his.
"But you were here for me, and you openly expressed yourself for me... It's not fair." Haruka was crying, but only barely. He was, well, quite literally going against everything he had said today to her. What answer had he found? The obvious one. The one even Overlord had known from the start. Why go back to someone who left you in the dust...
"When somebody who will care for you is standing right in front of you." His eyes traced over her like they did earlier a day or so ago. These were his honest feelings. Not a slate of guilt being torn down by foolish lies. While it may be an excuse to some, it was the truth to him.
"I'm sorry, Hana. I..-" He choked. He couldn't say anymore without looking down at the ground. Even then words wouldn't come.

A real response. Satoshi gave a small smile. He was almost home and needed to freshen up a bit, at least to look his part.
I just need to change clothes, I'm almost home. Maybe about 30 minutes or so? Is that too short?

She was still silent, but she her arms around wrapped around him.
Hana let the stars take over the night. Her mind was blank, the sudden shifts and stops had frozen them over absolute zero. She didn't know what to think anymore. Haruka is back so her mind went on autopilot and took him in. What kind of future lie wait with this decision? Who cares...
The feeling that was piercing her heart the whole time and making her head spin was gone now, that's all that matters. For once Hana got all that she wanted. Her dream was achieved, she was no longer alone, the one whom captured her was here now. She wanted to feel loved, and Haruka was here.
"I see...." Her mind stayed within the emptiness.
"Hana..." Reit called out.
She has now finished rewriting.
It feels as if she was entering a trance, but she welcomed it. Happiness was here.
"Haruka-kun... It's ok..." she stepped back and raised his chin up, pressing her lips onto his and giving him a kiss.
This was ok...

He didn't deserve what Hana was giving him now. More chances because he asked... this wasn't fair in the slightest. But Haruka was greedy, no, he was selfish tonight. Haruka asked for this, and so this is exactly what he's going to get. The feeling of Hana's arms around him was a subtle comfort.
Then her lips. Something was different about them from Yukino. They sent a warmth down his cheeks and his jaw, sending his mind blank. This was enough for tonight. Even if tomorrow wasn't as pleasant, or the day after. Tonight was enough for Haruka.
He let the warmth spread from his face to his neck, to his shoulders and down his entire body. The scorch of his bones and blood was simmered down to a light boil. The warmth that accompanied it now was a soothing cool for him. He placed his hands on hers, standing up.
Several seconds passed, but it felt like nearly minutes before he pulled away. He looked at her with small smile. Haruka wiped off the remaining tears dripping from his chin and cheeks. Guilt was still eating him up from the inside about how he simply accused her of so many horrible things and then asked for everything back.... but he would earn this in due time.
"T-Thank you." Haruka said, still holding her hands. He intertwined his fingers with hers, taking one more kiss, a couple light pecks. It takes a moment for Haruka to realize that he had taken Hana by the waist and pulled her into him, just kind of holding her.
"Ah, sorry... hahaha." Haruka starts to laugh a bit, trying to break off the tension from earlier. It was a coping mechanism he had devised when things like this happened, which wasn't very often or really ever at all but it worked for him.

"Keep holding me like this..."
When he pulled her close a grin ran across her face. She went in even more and pressed her body more onto his, wrapping her arms around him. This moment was all that really mattered. Forget everyone else, she was finally happy. Tomorrow she would lead the Cardfight Club, then after that, she would do her usual business as an idol. All through that Haruka would be by her side. Through the Camping Trip, the Culture Festival... everything. She truly wasn't by herself anymore.
She gave him a kiss again.
"Isabella belongs to you now," she touched his lips with her index finger. "You can look at her all over the TV, the ads, and well haha... I did have one swimsuit photo shoot once... they're all yours... she's yours." Her voice was soft, it was impossible to tell that she was yelling her heart out just a few moments ago.
Hana looked at him with bright eyes, and the stars shone down on her, "Let's spend tonight together. I can get a nice hotel nearby and get us driven there." Her face formed a big smile, "This is fine right?... Really ok?"
Of course it is.
Miyuki will be ok tonight, no need to check on her.

Seifer lead the way from school to the shopping district again, wandering around and looking at all the shops. He didn't know why his feet brought him this way, but he'd been coming this way a lot lately.
"Now that I think about it, there anything you want to do here?"
he asked looking over at his red headed companion and tilting his head, giving a faint smile. He was a bit upset he'd walked out so early from the club meeting, even though he did it just to hide his frustration and disappointment about losing to Overlord, the unit he'd lost twice to something out of his control. And that burning sensation, what was that?

Rosalia skipped along by her housemate's side. Though it was only a half day of school, the Cardfight meeting took up more time than she thought. But they still had plenty of time to do whatever else they want for the day.
"Hm... What to do, what to do... We come here to the shopping district like, every day though. With how often we're here, I'm surprised we haven't bought half the stores already,"
she pointed out, giggling softly. With schoolbag in hand, the redhead played with some of the larger curls that draped around her like curtains.
"Let's see... we got me a new violin... we went grocery shopping a few days ago... We got ice cream courteous of Satoshi..."

"I may have money but I don't think I can afford to buy a store."
he joked, poking the side of her head as they walked together.
"I'm not really sure what to do though. I'm just enjoying being out with you, so I don't want others to come along with us but..."
he sighed.
"Sorry I'm so boring..."
