(GS3) Field: Destroyed Shopping District

Rosalia swatted at the male's hand at the poke, but poked his head in return as well. "You're not boring. You just have a more calm and quiet lifestyle, not that I'm complaining," she pointed out. In trying to make Seifer happier, or at least less mopey, she started to skip around the brunette much like a younger child would. "Ring around the rosy, pockets full of posies. Ashes, ashes, we all fall do- aaaah!" Of course... in the midst of her skipping, the redhead tripped over her own two feet. Because she was going in circles, she sort of tripped sideways, but hopefully not into any random bystanders.

Well the poke and the show did help Seifer somewhat, pulling a smile to his face. However... When she tripped, brunette reacted rather quickly, gently grabbing the female's wrist and pulling her toward him, hugging her tightly like if he'd let go she'd fall over again. It was more a matter of coincidence as well, but he lightly held her head against his chest, looking down at her with a worried look. "Are you ok?... Nothing broken or sprained?... Nothing hurt?..." he asked, still worrying about her. It took him a minute to realize how he was holding her but his face turned crimson and he loosened his grip a little bit, holding her at arms length now. He still held onto her though, just in case she was unsteady and might fall over again.

Rosalia had shut her eyes when falling, awaiting the hard ground to meet her, when she felt yanked upwards instead. The whole act had her mind spinning for a minute, but the warmth around her helped ease her frazzled nerves. Only when she finally opened her eyes did she realize what was around her, or rather, who was holding her. And that she was still standing upright instead of sprawled out on the ground. "U-um.. I-i mean, my ankle hurts a bit.. probably from twisting it which is why I tripped.. But I'm okay, I think..." The female glanced up at her companion once at arm's length, only realizing then that her companion's face was entirely red. In turn, her skin flushed as well, as she pulled further out of his grasp so she could stand fully on her own. "A-ah.. s-sorry... Guess I'm still a klutz, huh..."

"A... Ah... It's ok... Just as long as you're ok. Do you uh..." the male scratched his cheek a bit glancing to the side with a growing red glow on his face. "If it hurts to bad do you... Want me to carry you on my back?..." he asked her. He was unsure whether or not she could walk okay, since she did admit her ankle hurt a bit from twisting it, and he didn't want her to strain herself or put unnecessary weight on it if it was injured. "If that's not okay you can still use me for support..." he added the last part quietly.

Rosalia immediately looked away from the male, rubbing her arm while shifting weight her weight on her feet. "I-i'm okay, p-promise... M-maybe I could sit for a-a little though... I-is there a coffee shop or even just a bench nearby?..." she asked quietly in return. There was no way she could imagine getting a piggy-back ride in the middle of the shopping district, from Seifer nonetheless, and certainly not in the school uniform skirt.

"I uh, yeah... This way." gently Seifer lead Rosalia to the nearby coffee shop, supporting her with his frame just in case. Lightly he helped her sit down, before sitting down next to her himself, sitting on the edge of the bench and holding the edge with his hands while looking at her. "...I know you promised but are you really, really, ok?" he asked, still obviously very worried about her.

Rosalia kept her gaze on something else, mostly the ground to watch where she was stepping, as a good excuse to not look at the brunette as he helped her anyways to the coffee shop. "Y-yes, yes, yes.. I'm okay, I promise.." she answered softly. "I think I just twisted my ankle a little... and falling kind of put me on edge, like.. adrenaline, or something.. I'm okay though.. I just need a moment.."

Khudus was looking round the shopping district searching for the shop. He was sure he heard it was nearby but was completely lost. Sheesh why didn't I look it up before. But no I thought be easy to find. Sheesh what a fool.

While lost in thought he ended up near a coffee shop. He thought about maybe seeing if anyone there knew the way to the store but then thought how he would just get sidetracked there and end up spending all his time there instead of the card store. He decided best to keep searching for the shop.

Rosalia continued to reassure him, but it didn't mean he didn't really worry at all. Rather, her actions made him worry a bit more. He didn't say much over anything else though as the female said she needed a bit of time, to which he just nodded and leaned back on the bench. Looking up at the sky above them he let out an inaudible sigh and shut his eyes.

Rosalia sighed softly to herself, barely inaudible as she continued taking deep breaths. Slow breath in, slow breath out. It helped ease her nerves some, and though coffee wasn't the best remedy for the situation, they were at a coffee shop. Glancing at Seifer sitting next to her, she wasn't sure if he was just worried about her, or maybe something else was bothering him... or both. Could always be both... She looked away again, fiddling with the handle of her schoolbag that rested in her lap. "W-would you um.. Could you get me some hot tea with milk and honey?... I-i can pay if you want, I just.. dunno if I want to get up just yet.. with my ankle and all... Y-you could probably use something to drink, too..."

At the request Seifer got up without a word and went to order what she'd asked for. He didn't know what to say. He was actually over worrying but he couldn't help it. For some reason he just found himself caring more and more about her overall well being, more than anything else in the world and he just couldn't put his finger on why. Coming back with Rosalia's order, and a copy order of it meant for him, he sat back down next to her, handing the tea over to her and sipping his own. He still didn't say anything, because at this point he'd likely just keep repeating the same thing over and over again. He hated not saying a word to her and he knew it would make it maybe a bit awkward, but he didn't really know what to say or do.

The redhead watched her companion get up, sighing a bit louder to herself when Seifer was out of earshot. It was because of her tripping over her own two feet that this awkward situation came about. But she tripped while skipping around him, trying to cheer him up. She wasn't sure what else to do though, taking her tea with a soft "thank you". She sipped slowly at her tea, keeping her gaze to her drink. The sweet tea helped calm her some, and was a nice beverage no matter what the weather was like outside. After about half of her drink was gone, Rosalia relaxed enough to look to Seifer, both of her hands wrapped around her tea. "S-so... I'm feeling better so.. is there something you wanted to go do? Or go see? I'm okay to walk again, so wherever you wanna go.."

Seifer didn't answer right away as he stared into his tea, taking a drink of it here and there, mostly going much slowly than her. He didn't answer right away, even when he finished his tea, sitting there quietly for a few seconds longer, trying to process his own feelings. It wasn't until he sighed a bit that he did answer. "Why don't we just go home?... You said you've got violin practice, and that's pretty important..." he spoke softly and hesitantly, but he gave a genuine smiling even if it was slight.

Looking up at  the brunette, Rosalia saw the smile, no matter how small. It made a tight feeling cramp up in her chest, something warm, as she smiled in return. "Sounds good to me. Let's get going then?" she asked. First she finished her drink, then slowly got to her feet. She even tested her ankle first, careful in the fact she didn't know if she had a greater injury than expected... But so far, so good. It didn't hurt nearly as much now, just a tiny twinge that would probably go away after a bit. "See?.. I'm okay," Rosalia pointed out, knowing that Seifer might ask yet again if she was well enough to walk. "Nothing broken this time~"

Seifer returned to the shopping district with Rosalia, leading her around and looking through all of the possible diners and the like, his face still a bit red. "W... What are you in the mood for really? It can be anything honestly." he stumbled over his words for a moment, walking with his hands in his pockets. He didn't look at Rosalia, not sure if he could even keep eye contact right now. He was still really nervous for some reason, and he was starting to not know how to actually act around her.
