"Uh.." Neo said
"You dont have to bow, if your lost ill gldly help you to the district. Haruki want to come with us?" Neo said to him
Kuro:
This girl was probably a bit too childish for her age, a grown woman asking for directions from young adolescents like Haruki and Neo. Nonetheless, Haruki's justice surpassed his suspicions and he gladly helped the woman.
"Of course we'll help you out. Sorry if my friend came off as too brash and frightened you at first, but you can follow us to get there." Haruki gestured to the woman to follow him and Neo as they traveled to the shopping district.
NeoBuster:
It had been awhile since Neo had been to the construction site. Last time he was here, the events with Neu and Hazama took place. Neo decided to come back there to look for some clues on the clans.
" I wonder if there is anything around here that can help me" Neo said to himself while he kept looking around.
Jello:
It's been ages since Haruka had last shown up here. Last time he showed his face here, Cero had bought the documents to the grounds, and he was called a peon by Yukino. Dalis was also here, as well as a slightly younger Satoshi. He just got his suit then.
Haruka stood here, remembering the wonders of the past. This was the first time he and Overlord had really talked. They discussed plans and understood each other. He was, however, once again reminded Overlord was locked away.
However, to Haruka's surprise, somebody else stands in the pile of rubble called a construction site.
"Neo! Hey, over here!" Haruka waves over to Neo, trying to get his attention. It's been awhile since Haruka talked to anyone outside of the common Espoir Household. This was a lucky break for him to maybe make a friend... or a new rival. Both of those sparked a light of the candle that is Haruka's willpower.

Neo then saw Haruka calling to him.
"Oh, Hello there" Neo replied
"What are you doing here at a place like this?" Neo asked Haruka
Neo then thought to himself "Maybe he is here for the same reasons I am"
