"The missing clans." It was pretty obvious.
"First, I have a question. Have you heard of a girl named err-" The name was absolutely escaping him. What was it again, oh right!
"New E-dell Vice?"
Nailed it! Wait a second.
"Err, wait, that's not right. Neu Edelweiss was her name, I think." Haruka was scratching his head, trying to make sure he had the name right this time around.
"Yeah... Have you heard of her?"

"No way.. I actually do" Neo replied
She came up to me one day and we fought. She was using the clans that were sealed away. She used Kagero against me, and I saw her use Royal paladin. I bet you anything she is involved" Neo said

Haruka formed a sly grin.
"Good. That makes explaining this a lot easier. What if I told you..."
Haruka leaned in close. For dramatic effect, he pretended to look both ways to make sure nobody was listening, even though he knew nobody was actually near.
"She's part of this." Haruka made a face of sarcastic stature. It was obvious she was involved, but he was glad that Neo was taking the whole thing seriously. It made working with him a whole lot easier. He only had one question left before asking for any help.
"Neo, tell me something. When you're faced with a problem, and you just can't seem to get through it, what would you do?" Haruka needed a genuine answer.

Hmmm.
This wasn't the answer had expected to hear from the honest and brash Neo. However, it must've been the right one, considering it was from
the
honest and brash Neo.
"Right then. Okay, time to get to the question at hand."
Haruka extends his arm for a shake, with a smile fit for kings. "Neo, I want to enlist you to help take down the forces of the Rift, and bring back the
locked clans
. What do you say?"
Enlisting him meant training with him and making sure he was prepared at all costs for whatever battles he may face. This also meant he needed to learn more about Neu himself, since Haruka has actually never met Neu before. It wasn't like joining the military or anything, but it did mean he would have to start sharing more information. However with Neo, somebody who met the girl, he has a real chance at discovering things he didn't know before.

"I also have a feeling the rift and the sealed clans is connected to my missing parents as well, So I will help bring both the clans back and find my parents" Neo said

With the deal sealed, Haruka had officially brought Neo into the circle. The only problem he faced was contacting him. Which was easily rectified.
"Here, Neo. This is my cell number." Haruka scribbled down his number on a mini notebook paper and ripped it out, handing it to Neo. "Call me or text me if you need anything. Notify me if you see or hear from Neu."
Neo AP +2
Haruka nodded to him, then started heading out. His fatigue was returning and the Seraphim wasn't going to wait much longer. His chest was immediately in pain as soon as he left the construction site.

I got up and walked away, "What are these clans? Where did they come from? Why are they missing?..Who is this Neu, and what are these clans." , I said to myself. I saw a seagull circling the site. I thought to myself, " Why am I so worried about this" I sighed and walked away.

Neo took the phone number Haruka gave to him and watched him walk off
Neo decided to do the same and decided to get some training in as well.
+2 Affinity to Haruka

How long had she been aimlessly wandering? Ever since departing from the Slums after meeting with Neu once again, the queen was lost in a daze. A horrible, horrible daze locked in a world of silence. It was nice... nobody's voice reached, nobody could yell at her, no one could pity her... No expectations, just hollow all around. A sickly smile and a trembling giggle escaped from her, finally losing her sense of reality. Having not eaten or slept, "on the edge" was an understatement. Holding an arm as if wounded, she looked up at the large construction structure base. The highly placed beams... and a delightfully convenient transportation device upward.
There was only one way left to go for the Broken Sword.

It had been quite some time since Cero had last checked the progress of the construction site. When he arrived, everything
seemed
to be fine at first. Everyone was continuing their work as normal, the building was significantly closer to completion than expected, even if it was still months away. That's when he noticed Yukino... No, that couldn't be Yukino. The woman he saw looked broken, shattered, worthless and weak. The Yukino Cero knew was far from any of this, yet there she was in a state of utter despair... What was she doing here? Cero began walking towards her to demand an answer, but as he approached, he remembered his failures. He had been unable to bring back his rival last time, unable to bring Miyuki back from despair... What could he do this time other than watch events unfold? Would he be able to change anything if he intervened?

... She's not here?
Haruka had awoken back at the house without a Yukino anywhere to be found. Maybe she went home? Unfortunately, Haruka was a huge worrywart and felt it would be a huge tumor on his conscience if he didn't at least give her a call to make sure she was doing okay. Its afternoon after all, she must be up at her house, maybe talking to her dad or something.
He flicked to the contact "Yukino <3" and hit the dial button.

Cell phone rang, Cero approached, yet neither registered to the queen who blocked out the world. The sickly lass inquired of the ride and view up high innocently and sweetly. They decided to bring her up so she could enjoy the look. Being on break while graced by a pretty girl came very rarely, so the construction workers took the opportunity with... well, thirst. Yukino didn't care, they were merely helping her by fulfilling her last request. When they reached the highest point, cautionary warnings were given. But not a single damn was in return, as the button to return them to ground level was pressed by her. However, Yukino jumped off, landing safely on one of the high beams as they descended.
"What are you doing?!" They cried.
"Are you insane?!" They yelled.
Hair fluttering in the winds, she was finally at
hope's end

Walking from his space at Haruka's relatives' home, Satoshi heard the screams and shouts of various people coming from the construction site. He walked over to see several workers pointing and trembling in fear, and Cero just...standing there in awe. He looked up.
Yukino was standing on a moving beam. A moving beam several hundred feet off the ground. Workers were freaking out because apparently she jumped from the highest point of the building as though it were natural.
But the Royal Guard wasn't stunned by this. Nor was he afraid for her life. He simply walked up, stood next to Cero, and, despite not knowing that Haruka was trying to call Yukino at the moment, proceeded to dial the number he was given by the butler to contact the scarfed boy.
The time for the Triad to convene and attempt to make things right...it looked like it had to be sooner than anticipated.
