Wuce Brayne, secretly the vigilante Fatman, took him in as his legal ward after witnessing their deaths, and eventually as his sidekick, Toucan.

This stems from her borderline Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which encourages her to plan out day by day without fail. Despite this attribute, she can be aggressive from time to time as she tries to portrays herself as an 'feminist,' a woman of equal standing to men. Celine channels her courage from her fashion and her cards, an integral part of her identity. The Battle Sisters series not only represents her exceptional competitivity, but also guides her to overcome any hurdles in her life, giving her a strong and independent facade.
Backstory: The Miller household is a fairly wealthy upper-middle class family living in the centre of the Manhattan, New York. The very nature of the habitat and surrounding environment shapes her to what she is today. From chasing off bullies to shopping mountainous piles of clothes to Vanguard, Celine can somehow be classified as the typical city girl. However her sense of justice and vigorous thrive propels her strength in Vanguard. Always seeking new experiences, Celine strives to break the stigma and live life to the fullest, enjoying what she loves most, Vanguard.
