Hey Kira, I would like an animated banner.
I would like the 2 copies of this banner with the different animation if possible.
1st Animation: Make the animation like Patrickzz's banner with Garmore.
2nd Animation: Animate "waves" in the banner.

I don't know why you would want to resize it.... Though you can limit/change the size appearance from your signature options.

Edit: Try opening with image ready then edit in photoshop if you want to edit it yourself.
