"It's something to do on the side, so the answer is yes I guess?", chances are that Shiki came across yet another Vanguard-crazed person, the worst kind of a human being really.

His head tilted to the left, there wasn't really much to ask this man, and with the way the conversation was going, a cardfight was afoot, probably. God no.

Shiki's gear started grinding, his non-existent thinking machine went to work.

"I haven't seen you around either, but I only go through the park and to the shopping district so.. besides you people hang out in groups don't you?"

The way Shiki was responding to Tsubasa showed that something was a bit off or rather that he was annoyed by something, nevertheless Tsubasa just wanted to be friendly not much more than that. Still he was curious by Shiki's thoughts on the game.

"..Groups?..oh..well overall it is fun when you hangout with friends, and Vanguard helps with that sometimes..heh I only discovered that not so long ago, being alone does have it's merits but there are certain people that you'd want to spend time with." he said, as he began to lean back on the bench

"...Is there something you don't like about Vanguard?" he asked, trying to figure out what Shiki's thought process was.

[Nobody]

"Not at all, it's just a fun card game afterall."

He stood up and stretched, the usual move to dowhen he's conflicted as to what do. The material was truly running out leaving a feeling of uneasyness.

He let out a yawn, rubbing his eyes from sleepiness, then started to look around. What was he looking for? Not even Shiki himself knew, his only hope was someone suddenly appearing in large groups as they always do. But untill then..

"How was your day?"

Sky walked out of the park manager's office smiling. To day was his last day raking leaves in the park. He had now gotten a new job, and he'd be starting it very soon. On his way exiting the park Sky saw 2 boys sitting on a park bench talking. He didn't recognize either of them so he decided to keep walking on his way to his new job. But he did manage to call out "Beautiful day isn't it my friends?!" as a greeting

Tsubasa was starting to understand the message that Shiki was sending but he did not understand why someone would want to distant himself from another Vanguard fighter, he resolved to challenge Shiki to a cardfight maybe then he can understand him better.

"...It's been good so far, but listen how abou-" his words were interrupted as a young man appeared out of nowhere and started talking to them.

"..Oh hello there, yea I would say it is." he said, replying to the stranger. "Listen Shiki would you mind having a cardfight with me?" he asked.

He shook his head in disapproval "I don't really feel like playing cardgames at the moment, sorry." It seemed like it's another of those people who think about Vanguard more than necessary, oh well.

When they were both approached by another, Shiki embraced happiness. To have more than one person talk with, that's definetly much easier to do, even more so since he doesn't need to come up with topics himself.

"A day like any other really.. but hello, are you perhaps one of the secret agents sent out to do bad things to me? Or are you a normal person?"

Shiki refused to cardfight against Tsubasa, to him this was understandable to each his own mood and choice.

"..I see...well I won't force you i'm sure that one day we'll get the chance to have a fun cardfight." he said, smiling.

"..I wish I could have fought him..it would have been interesting." he thought.

He glanced towards his magazines and for some reason felt the need to ask him about it, Tsubasa never read manga before.

"...You like to read those manga?" he asked. "Wouldn't you rather watch the shows on TV?"

[Nobody]

"Not all mangas are turned into TV Shows besides.. I like looking at pictures.", he answered. The stranger seemed to remain quiet, and subjects to talk about were running out. Once again.

"What about you? Do you enjoy TV Shows?"

Sky was zoned out thinking about his new job he then sapped back to reality. "Sorry about that my friends I was n my own head for a second haha, Sky Carter, nice to meet you!"

Before Sky could get a response he realized the time, "Oh dang I'm going to be late for work!" Sky yelled before running off.

Tsubasa felt kind of worried that he was coming across as weird, all he wanted was to understand this young man as Haruka regarded him well. Nevertheless he would try again whenever he gets the chance.

"..haha yea i've never read manga in my life, did not really get the chance." he said. "Maybe you can recommend some for me, my university's bookstore has tons of books there, if I remember correctly I did see some manga...hold on."

A look of surprise covered Tsubasa's face for an instant he realized that after 20 minutes from now his lecture at university would start, quickly he turned to Shiki and said, "...Oh no, so sorry but I have to go to my University my lecture is gonna start soon, it was nice talking with you Shiki, we should do it again sometime when we get the chance to read some manga."

With that he took off at high speed to try and catch the bus leading to his University.

Shin'e decided to get some fresh air, and headed to the park. He sat on a bench and pulled out his deck. He reemmbered the last dream he had. It was 'Blaster Dark Revenger leaving the Nation to find Mordred. Shin'en could feel that he was gonna find him soon...

Rosalia wandered into the park, still in Rijuku High School's uniform; a skirt and blouse. She wore flats to go with it for the first day, her obnoxious amount of red curly hair being tied back into a single thick braid much like the day before. Simply, she didn't want to get it stuck on anything or anyone while in class. But now that she was out and about, the female stopped at an empty bench under a tree to undo the braid, letting the crimson lengths fall freely. Searching her school bag which she had set next to her on the bench, Rosalia pulled out a purple deck box, smiling without even opening it up. Just having my deck around... it makes me happy... And to think I only got into the game almost a year ago... A lot has changed since then, that's for sure, she pondered to herself, putting the box away, and exchanged it with her phone. "I remember giving Neo my number... I think I forgot to ask him for his though... So I'm still stuck with just Seifer's... I should ask Noel for her number next time I see her at least, and maybe Tsubasa. I'm not sure about Hana or Haruka just yet..."

He follows the path to the clearance of the trees. Hazama walks upon the entrance of the park. A nice day as usual. He finds his usual hill and starts to sit down on the grass. He then pulls out his own deck from his deck box and shifts through his cards. But there was one thing off about his bag. There sat another deck which did not belong to him. He flashbacked to the event last night with Amon and how he gave him this deck. He was probably in fear of getting beat up by the guy. Amon, so weak you are. He doesn't even bother to open the box as he knows it doesn't belong to him. He puts he deck back in his bag and finally takes a rest on his hill.

Sky's wandering led him to the park. Perhaps because the park was for a while literally and after that figuratively his home. He walked up and down the familiar hills and through the freshly cut grassy lawn. Sky had always hated the smell of freshly cut grass but right now he relished it. Sky lied down in the grass and stared at the clouds and stretched, it was then he turned his head to the side and saw a familiar face. It was Seifer's girlfriend... or mistress who can keep track of these things? In any case he decided to call over to her. "Rosalia!"
