Long story short, Japan US, Canada, Romania, UK and other couple of countries signed the ACTA act (Anti-Conteurfeiting something.) and this allows international companies to shutdown anything that they believe to be counterfeited or copyright infringement ( it is a right not an obligation.) and that is why CFC was shutdown.
The creators of YGOPro have tried and succeddeed in creating one but guess what: Bushi cancelled it just like CFC because of the above mentioned international treaty.
The sole reason of why CFA has not been shutdown is because of it being hosted in Russia and Bushi has no authority there. I would not be surprised if this will be shutdown immediately.
