Hyo:
Dean looks at Satoshi, man you're not even worth thinking about.
Thinks about the card talker.... and I thought I was messed up Dean whispered to himself.
Kisaragi Zane:
Jellal stood in brief silence staring at both of them, soaking in their answers.
"The chosen one... and friends huh..." He he thought to himself while looking down at his feet, slowly lifted his head looking to the side. "You both..." he started before he turned and faced them as the wind ruffled through his hair. "Sound ridiculous." he said as he opened his eyes with a soft glare to both of them. Never in his life has he ever heard anyone consider the cards to be their friends or treat them as actual human beings.
Cherry:
Rising up and standing erect, the smug royalty shakes her head, ponytail bobbing back and forth. After confirming Satoshi's well-being, she chuckled. It was only natural the idea of someone talking to their cards sounded like a bunch of baloney, however...
"I didn't know Satoshi was another one chosen by Cray, but I suppose those other clans need a boost too", the queen spoke. While it was surprising that it was confirmed he too could communicate with Cray, Yukino just shrugged it off as a less important destiny than hers. In fact, she basically just called everything inferior to Royal Paladins, because Royal Paladins had her. Smirking with an aura of condescension, the snow woman answered the blonde's disbelief.
"Of course it sounds ridiculous. To ordinary beings who weren't granted a purpose from Cray, anyway."
While her royal allies wished she was less haughty, they couldn't deny that she was chosen for them. Honestly, Gordon and Akane, amongst other units questioned if it was the right choice. Though, since the golden days of Alfred's initial crowning, Blaster Blade has never steered Royal Paladin in the wrong direction.
Hikari could not only hear but sense their distrust in her. It didn't matter, however, as she wasn't about to let it get to her.
Beryl:
"Nah, mah Nectars needed a gardener, if anythin'."
Satoshi put his hands on his hips, looking over the blonde gentleman. "It might sound crazy, but me 'n' her ain't lyin' to ya. That's just how things're between us 'n' our cards."
He couldn't really explain what he actually knew of the Nectars or their role in the plight of Cray, though he noted that since Yukino had addressed herself as one "chosen by Cray," he would talk to her about it eventually. This guy, on the other hand...
"What's yer name, bud? Don't think ah saw you at the shop at all..."
