Hikaru scratched his chin as he brooded over Sera's use of the tear. From what he remembers about is time as a Link Joker general. He was able to create objects out of nothing even if temporary. These tears seemed to come out of nowhere from what he got from the conversation between them.
"Is it possible for us to make use of these tears in time?"

"The Rift? Yeah, let's go with that."
Sera had been trying to mess with her but in the end she sort of ended up deducing a decent answer from his half-sarcasm half-truths. He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. Even Haruka was sort of interested in the information Sera had to say because, er... well....
This was the only one place that in the memory base that Haruka couldn't access. He had no idea what Sera was really talking about right now. It was strange to hear any of this information, but it wasn't all false because there was in indicator in their conscious to decide whether or not they were lying and well. He wasn't.
"Yes... Through the Rift. I got here from a-
From a what?
Listen boy and I'll tell you."
Sigh.
"Consider it a parallel to this universe. So to speak."

"Parallel... universe? Right." So if everything thus far is correct and as it seems to be then the Rift would lead to...
They were now standing at the exact coordinate.
"The Rift isn't visible to the naked eye. It lies along the spectrum of rays that we cannot see like Gamma Rays and X Rays, but the researchers at CTA realized that it was detectable as it was composed of energy. Plus..." Hana used her power, forming somewhat of a screen for them to see through so they could see what she does, and there it was, The Rift.
"Since I can twist light and see things using light sources, it's actually visible to me." Hana nodded. "So, are we ready to go on a field trip to see what's on the other side? This'll work like The War of Liberation where I basically did the same thing. We open a gate, hop in, fight, leave." She wiggled her index finger and pointed at all of them, "...and hopefully come back in one piece."

"A parallel...universe?" Okay that he wasn't expecting. Sure he's been through mass memory alteration, card games being real, units appearing out their cards, an alien invasion, etc. Hikaru took out Asura Kaiser from his deck box.
"Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah, sweethang i'm ready to crash this mothafunkying universe.!"
He thought so. He turned to other people present. "Well I'll see you at the other side." Hikaru runs into the screen and leaps forward. Entering the unknown.

Deja vu? Maybe. The situation was similar, just seeing Hana conjure that screen and the revelation about parallel dimension, made him easily recall the moments of the War of Liberation, though the situation had it's own risks and troubles.
"..Parallel Universe huh...at this point it's hard to be extra surprised." he said, confidence taking over his statement unintentionally.
Hikaru jumped in right away, he was clearly eager to get down to business, nevertheless caution was important. They have no idea what awaits them beyond that gate aside from the seed.
"..Alright then...let's do this...Liberators." he said, as he walked through the gate. "..I'll do my part, and more."

So the seeds came from other universes.... Which means Stride also can come from other universes. This was quite the useful piece of information. According to Hana, they seemed to be close to what they'd be using as their gate. Now, they had to enter one of these universes and stop a seed before it reached them. Cero already knew what going through the Rift was like from the War of Liberation, so this probably wouldn't be that different. As he stepped forward, Cero spoke out, "We don't have time to waste. Let's go, and take out the danger before it takes out us." In the corner of Cero's mind, a thought appeared. If they did this, wouldn't they be doing the exact same thing that Sera had done to them? Shakign his head, Cero forgot about the thought. The seed just wanted to destroy. They were going to protect themselves.

Her eyes synchronized with the light from the Rift and she was able to create a gate moving to where it let.
This was all too much to comprehend, but she had to keep going. The Princess couldn't tell what she was even getting into, what was going on, and what this would cause. The multiple worlds were beyond comprehension, causing so many things to fly past her mind. She assumed that things would put themselves together as she traveled through all this.
Destroying another world in order to protect their own. Was it necessary? Was there a way to talk this out...?
The thought was put in the back of her mind.
A flash of light enveloped her as she entered the gate.

"No use standing around..."
Haruka strolled into the rift tear, almost nonchalantly. Because it was Sera who was so used to the procedure of spacetime travelling, he honestly was less worried about the transfer.
But rather landing was going to be difficult. Last time he did this there was a huge fire and a dead boy...
"Oh boy."

The cloaked reversed wackjob paused, placing a hand on his chin as he rubbed it lightly. A small smile forming on his face as the marks of reverse lit up in his sadistic joy. Alexander peered into his cell phone, having completed everything on the check list, standing by the city amusement park right by its ferris wheel. He had been able to catch it on a closed day today, though around the immediate area were quite the number of reversed fighters going about his plans, what could be made out to be television broadcasting equipment was seen about. If one took a closer look, they would notice the ferris wheel cabins themselves to be all occupied with sleeping people, all unaware of any of their surroundings in their drugged asleep state.
"Time to lure out our bird of prey, finally." Announcing this to the others nearby, a text sent to his assistant about the go ahead. The crew of reverse fighters beginning the broadcast, a solid countdown given to Alexander as his reverse forms true colours came about on the big screen. Of course the shooting itself happened a tiny bit away from the ferris wheel, only to not give away his location currently. Only those that would pass the test deserved to find their way to him after all, and a specific one was intended to do so anyway. Alexander cleared his throat, eyeing the camera excitedly as he took a deep breath before speaking.
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! Welcome to the newest show, bomb. Of. Despair! The rules? Why I'd just
l-o-v-e
to tell you fine folks all about it! You see, there are bombs within this dreary pink fluffy town chock full of hopes and dreams. Now while I
could
monologue about your upcoming ends instead i'll follow up with our great game, and like any game they're no fun if you have zero chance of victory. There is one bomb, wrapped in white and red, and it will detonate in about..... Two hours? Maybe less by now heh. Anyway, if you find this one, it'll take you to a next one. See, it's like a chain.... Of explosives. Good stuff right?" He chuckled, amused by the possible mayhem.
"The first hint I give, but the following ones are from the bombs themselves. Anyway, here's the hint. "Original pastry". The broadcast cutting off instantly after, the usual segments returning to peoples televisions.

OOC Note - Once the bomb is found, it would direct the finder to the amusement park of Gotem City.

A small amount of time had passed since his return from the first dimension, he had been reminded of the power residing within stride, he had fought for many people and the group came out victorious in the end. Now a new challenge is posed against Gotem City, signaling the call for help from it's unofficial protector.
The Madman had appeared once again this time through a large TV screen in the Central Square of Gotem City, along with every other screens in shops and in houses. At that time Tsubasa was sitting on the edge of a skyscraper staring down at the people as they continued their daily lives, part of it was so he can find the madman, the other was because of how amazing it felt to be so elevated and looking down upon the world.
"....It's him....." he thought as he rose from his seat and stared at the screen.
After the announcement was concluded and the stage had been set, it was time for the falcon to take flight once again, time was short and the people of Gotem had already started to panic over the news of the bomb and the 2 hours remaining.
"..Tch...Looks like you'll be soaring sooner than expected tonight..Diablo.." he said, as he put on the mask and zipped the coat, returning him to the falcon's look for the rest of this conflict.
".. Original Pastry huh....4 come to mind in this city ..let's go.."
he said, as he descended from the skyscraper rebounding from his location and jumping from the sides of buildings in order to reach his destinations in time, it was clear that he was beginning to grasp his new capabilities more fully.
"...This ends today...whoever you are...I'm getting the reverse out of you!"
he said, while a thought clouded his mind. "...Why did he look so familiar from the broadcast...who is he..."

The young man was bidding his time, having to balance out drawing out the great Diablo while also keeping the police force from finding the bomb themselves. This was in fact why he chose the place for the dud bomb anyhow, for where else to hide something but under ones nose? No police officer would suspect their holy church of donuts and coffee to be the location of the bomb so, and original pastry wasn't too much of a clue for most people to go on.
Nearby the ever so popular Jammin' Donuts in the alley lay a blonde headed reverse fighter taking a seat as she mowed down on the tiny yet ever so joyous death trap pastries, lying in wait for her prey. Rather obliviously within the alley was a large wrapped gift with the sound "tick, tock" emanating from inside.
Inside the store would be inspector Gordeen, having just ordered their batch of donuts and coffee before sprinting back to their police car to the station, in his haste missing the easy to see bomb. One might wonder how the hell Alexander is getting away with this stuff at all.

Diablo had visited 3 of the Pastry locations around Gotem now only one remained, Jammin' Donuts. Diablo was aware that the police had already checked out this area but to no success nevertheless the situation called for some personal investigating. He entered the shop and saw that there were only two customers A young girl no older than Haruto and a hooded lady, seated in the almost deserted shop due to the announcement and remaining 30 minutes.
Something was off about the hooded lady so Diablo decided to get the young girl out first, though because of how he had no proof of the bomb's location he had to do it without causing a scene.
"Young girl you should not be here..."
he said.
"...Donuts are Justice mister, Are you dressed up for Halloween or something?"
Her response was rather peculiar, the last time Diablo spoke next to a child with his menacing voice was the same moment that child ran away in fear, but this one just sat there unfazed and rather brave in her question.
"No...a better question would be what you're doing here it's not safe."
"Barbra!"
said a voice as it rushed into the store.
Commissioner Gordeen himself had entered the area, based on his knowledge and the way he was referring to the young girl it was safe to say that they knew each other.
"Young Lady I told you not to...."
his statement froze as he bared witness to Diablo standing next to the girl.
Without a moments hesitation he took out his gun and pointed it towards Diablo.
"Who are you?! Get away from my daughter!
"...Sorry...Dad..."
said Barbra.
At this gesture Diablo immediately pulled a card from his deck and threw it towards the Commissioner, spinning as it approached him. It struck his gun, sending the device flying up as the card returned to him, and the gun fell easily in Diablo's hand.
"I suggest you be careful where you point this thing."
said Diablo, as he placed the card back into his pocket.
Just then the hooded lady jumped from her seat and ran through the basement leading doorway, the door shutting behind her, the gift she had with her was also gone. Diablo and Gordeen ran towards the door, Diablo arriving first of course as he stood between the door and Gordeen.
"You're not coming, this is my fight right now."
said Diablo.
"It's my duty as a policeman-"
"It's your duty as a father to know your priorities, I'll handle this."
he said, cutting Gordeen's statement short and running through the door, shutting it behind him.
".......Let's get out of here Barbra!"
Diablo and the lady ran through the stairs leading to the basement, Diablo was able to catch up when she arrived at the basement due to his speed now it was time to figure the situation out fully, since the basement was a dead end for anyone trying to leave the store from that area.
"...Hehe...Hahahaha! Not bad Mister Diablo, I have a present for you gift wrapped and ready, only a few minutes to go, think you can beat me and get to it, I'm sure that would really please Mister A hahaha!"
said the hooded lady, as she took off her Hoodia revealing her reverse markings, at the same time the red cardfight panels appeared in front of them, the clock was ticking this fight had to end quickly.
"...Mister A....Tch does not matter right now, Stand Up! Vanguard!"
The cardfight ensued between the two, Luqueir Reverse posing a solid threat to Diablo's situation, unfortunately for the lady the threat did not last long as Diablo CrossBrokeRode into Dragruler Phantom, ending the cardfight with a lb and a final attack. As the reverse removed itself from the lady Diablo rushed to the gift box placed behind her, but upon opening it he was surprised at what he found....

Confetti popped out of the box, the colourful sorts which would brighten up Diablos dark attire if it stuck to him like it did to normal people. A letter within the box could be seen after the confetti fiasco, the letter itself giving his next instructions. Those being for him to make his way to Gotem cities amusement park, coupled with actual threats on human lives this time. A picture of random civilians sleeping within the ferris wheel cars attached to the letter.
Meanwhile at the amusement park it would be noted that the dud bombs timer has been shut off due to activation. Alexander steadied himself, giving orders for the reverse fighters to form a perimeter and to keep an eye out. "We'll be having a guest soon." Speaking as he licked his lips, a small glance thrown to the civilians within the ferris wheel cars, noticing one or two beginning to move around uncomfortably. Soon it'd become noisy, possibly.

The Confetti did ease Diablo's growing stress on the situation at hand, but the later effect was angering him. This person, whoever he is, was taking joy in playing this little game of his, toying with the lives of people without any clear reason.
"...I've had enough of this...these people don't deserve this...It ends today!"
he said, disappearing from the basement, and emerging at the roof of Jammin Donuts.
Diablo then took this chance to immediately escape the area and head towards the amusement park in Gotem City, it was obvious that it was a trap. However, there were lives on the line and this game had begun to really annoy him.
__________________________________________________________________
Upon entering the park he immediately made his way to the Ferris wheel area, he tried his best to stay hidden but the best he could do was move extremely fast. When he arrived he noticed the recording devices that were setup at the location, at this point he knew that no matter what happened he had to get moving, he immediately jumped into the middle of the area in front of the table setup there, and faced the figure standing in front of him, he could not shake the feeling that he knew the hooded figure standing in front of him, but for now he decided to focus on saving the hostages.
"Let them go, this is between you and me."
he said, as he took his position at the cardfight table.

The harsh wind hit heavy upon the face of Amon as he stood on top of the largest skyscraper in the city. He had came here to view the city from above, to locate any of the remaining sins he had to defeat. The black sky that covered the city was lit up by the pale moon's radiance. The star's that usually covered the above were dull, with only a few remaining fading into the obscurity of darkness. This was the same with Amon's mind. The toll of the reverse was making him fade into the darkness. But he was not ready to fully become the puppet of the void.
Amon stared at the moon, hoping that what he had done. The evil that coveted his soul, the corruption he had taken into his own body.. was worth the cost he had to pay. As he turned away from the sky to leave the top of the skyscraper, he heard a familiar voice.
He twisted his gaze to behind him. What he saw was unbelievable. His eyes gave away what he thought. The thought of disbelief.
"How... is this possible! I sealed you away! I trapped you in a place that couldn't be reached! "
The light that christened the body was removed. There stood a figure of a man. His eyes covered with his brown hair. The wind forcefully blew at the two of them. Amon watched as the man revealed his red scarf and allowed it to flow within the breeze. The hair lifted off his face, revealing his identity. The individual that stood before him was well known to him...
Kurai Tsukino.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You think that you could protect the world by yourself, but you have fallen victim to the very evil you wished to slay. Tell me... What is your true purpose Amon?"
Kurai and Amon were stood apart from each other, but their eyes did not lose contact with one another. Both their faces now showing no emotion, the two that once shared the same body and did not know of each other's existence to begin with now had become enthralled within an intense confrontation. Silence besieged the atmosphere around them, a tense aura was being given off by the two of them. Minutes passed until eventually Amon spoke his words.
"Sin must be eliminated from the world, regardless the cost or sacrifice. Even I am a pawn to be played within this large scale game of human chess. You are no different, Kurai"
Kurai was unappeased with his answer. His tone drifted slower into a more serious voice. He spoke with the words that were on his mind. "You leave me no choice then... the only way to save you from the path that you have taken is to defeat you with the thing that started it all!" He removed a deck from his inner pocket, causing two floating transparent surfaces to appear, one in-front of each of them. Kurai placed his deck onto the floating surface. " Vanguard".
Amon placed his deck on the surface and they began a game which, would be the last game that one of them would have.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After barely managing to survive Amon's Reverse Onslaught with a lucky heal trigger, it was Kurai's turn. He stood and drew. His hand consisted of one card whilst Amon's consisted of 5 thanks to the draw trigger he received during his drive check. Amon had fallen into the grasps of the reverse and lost his sanity. Kurai looked at the single card in his hand, then gazed at the field. Amon had a 4 rear-guards, two of which could be used for defensive purposes, whilst Kurai had only 3, A Dimension Creeper, Jet Black Poet Amon and Demon of Aspersion, Amon. His soul consisted of 8 cards. Amon raised his single card above his head and chanted...
" Transcend your soul and enter your body that is no longer inhabited by negative energy and show him our truest bond by freeing him of the corrupted grip created by the Void! I'll show you my true power! Breakride!, Demon World Marquis, AMON!"
With the break-rides effect, Amon had gained 10000 Power and in addition to this, all his rear-guard's gained 1000 power for each card in the soul, moving poet up into the front row and Amon's skill itself, Poet had 17000, Amon had 28000 and Aspiration Amon had 34000 when boosted with Dimension Creeper. Kurai used the skill of the Dimension Creeper in the soul, adding an additional 1000 to the rest of his units. First Poet attacked his vanguard for 18000. Amon guarded using Cruel Hand. The Vanguard Amon assaulted Amon Reverse. Reverse had 13000 and had to fight against Amon's 29000. Amon guarded the attack using a perfect guard, dropping the draw trigger in his hand. The remainder of Amon's hand consisted of a heal and critical trigger. along side his intercepts it made a total of 30000 shield. Added onto to the reverse would make 43000. The only way Kurai was going to win was getting a double trigger. Amon's first check, revealed a Draw trigger, giving the power to his standing rear-guard, he drew was a heal trigger. With his odds looking bleak, he checked the second card, only to reveal an unexpected Stand Trigger, standing poet and giving the power to Aspiration then making his last strike, the final damage revealed itself to be Amon Reverse. With this Amon was finally defeated and freed from the void.
The surrounding area turned white, surrounded by nothing, the two of them stood eye to eye. All presence of the void disappeared. Amon and Kurai shook hands. As they did Amon's body began to fade away. He smiled and gave Kurai his final words.
"Now you have finally took your place in the world that you once existed in, therefore I may no longer take your place, thus this body of mine now will disappear. But I will not be gone, as my spirit will remain with you, within your heart and soul, and also inside your deck. Go show the world.... Our joint power."
Uttering the last of his words, Amon disappeared and Kurai had returned to the top of the Skyscraper. He was alone and the sky was still black. Looking at the moon, he whispered to himself.
"You bet I will... Amon."
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Editor's Note: It was bugging me that I left Amon's story on a cliff hanger with him heading towards the skyscraper, so I decided why not rap up Amon's story since, well GS3 has been a ghost town for awhile. I hope you all enjoyed the end of the road.
