Someone on FB manually updated BFA!!!

Otakon7's been trying his absolute best in trying to work his Buddyfight Simulator with Automatic Updates.. The annoying part is how he's written it's updating system to not include any cards that aren't of a certain size which gives massive gaps.

And OdellBJR is right. Buddyfight Area has completely lost it's community due to lack of updates.

Well the problem is, apart from having to program two items (for the two dungeon world items) and two monsters for Hyakugan Yamigedo, it's pretty much just add images and text, since the players do everything manually, unlike CFA where some cards bring up dialog like "do you wanna add 5000 power" so honestly you would think BFA would be easier to update

Right guys! It's the 15th! Meaning today is the day of Corocoro's release. As for the comment I posted we should get an update sometime today.

If we do not, I'm going to be severely disappointed

If he didn't make the statement about updating it around this time I wouldn't care

But he's obviously not kept his word, that is why it's so extremely infuriating. He gave us false hope and then just threw it out the window.

TBH, this is getting to the point where I wish we could update it ourselves. Like I said earlier, this is EASIER than CFA! The people who do CFA could probably do BFA updates in an afternoon if not a day, I know this is kinda unfair to say since I don't know how to add images and text to BFA but surely that's easier than adding images, text and certain effects (mostly attack changes) to certain cards in CFA, just common sense ya know?

Someone raised this point in the main update page and a different topic here, the creator very clearly stated that opening the source code for us to update ourselves was a bad idea just incase cheaters find a way to modify some of the files in there, an example of what they could due included modifying the shuffle algorithm to suit their needs.
